Let the Springtime Festivities Begin!

March is a month blooming with special occasions as we mark the end of winter and welcome the beginning of spring! As we start to embrace warmer temperatures, our time is filled with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, NCAA tournament watch parties, and so much more.


But, all of these memorable moments wouldn’t be the same without their signature snacks! So, we’re highlighting some of our favorite sweets and treats that pair perfectly with each occasion.


 


St. Patrick’s Day | Mint Shake

It’s your lucky day! This mint shake may just be the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow! With a refreshing peppermint flavor, this green dessert is surely leprechaun-approved!


What You’ll Need
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

  • Green Food Coloring 

  • Whipped Cream

  • Blender


What You’ll Do
  1. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and food coloring.

  2. Blend to desired consistency or until smooth.

  3. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

NCAA Tournament | Cheeseburger Sliders

Ready to score big for game day? This slider recipe is a slam dunk for any basketball watch party! Plus, fans don’t need to travel to the tournament in order to have a good time… enjoy home court advantage and get these ingredients delivered right to your door!


What You’ll Need
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef

  • 8 oz. Package of Shredded Cheese

  • 1 oz. Package of Dry Onion Mix

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayo

  • 24 Dinner Rolls (Split in half)


What You’ll Do
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine ground beef, shredded cheese, mayo, and dry onion mix.

  3. Spread evenly across bottom half of all rolls.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Easter | Peeps S’mores Skillet

It’s never too early for s’mores, especially when it comes to Easter's most famous marshmallow – Peeps! This colorful candy adds a bright touch of spring to any household, making it perfect for every bunny!


What You’ll Need
  • 3 Cups Chocolate Chips

  • 2 Packages of Peeps

  • 1 Box of Graham Crackers

  • Cast Iron Skillet


What You’ll Do
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Create a layer of chocolate chips on the skillet.

  3. Cover with Peep’s and place in the oven for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Serve with graham crackers and enjoy!
