In WhenIwork you can view the van load times, they are the 30 minute time increments shifts.
Memos in the Buncha Shopper App will be sent by dispatchers at the beginning of shift. This will share the van load location and what store and orders you have. You can view this by clicking the yellow chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
Shopping, packing, and labeling must be completed within that 90 minutes mark Orders need to be ready to be loaded and out to the parking lot BY the van load time. Orders will require Buncha stickers and reusable cooler bags.
Orders are required to be packed & passed over to Van Driver at location.
We are working within another business/ store, so maintaining respect and cooperation is crucial! In-Store Etiquette:
Be respectful of where you are keeping your cart (out of congested areas/ customer's pathways)
Be polite & friendly to all in-store employees, including: cashiers, team members, memberships, etc.
Be courteous at check-out including: respecting cashier's requests, being prepared (barcodes up, light & fragile items on belt)
Maintain professionalism & respect while packing (out of customer's way, relocate if employees ask you to move, no loitering/be mindful of how much time you are spending in an area)
Place carts in appropriate location after shopping is complete

If an employee/ customer asks something you don't know or feel comfortable answering, please redirect them to contact Support or the Buncha Office Team (based on the question)
What is UPC scanning?
UPC scanning is collecting barcodes/ SKUs from items in-store to accurately reflect in our catalogs!
Where do I find it? You can find UPC scanning in your Buncha Shopper App. Go to "Profile" and click "UPC Order Creation". Select the store provided by Buncha Dispatcher team and enter 50 items. Requirement is 50 items per hour for these shifts. These metrics are tracked by management frequently!
How do I do it?
Once within the store, find the item within the list throughout the store. If not available, click "Unable to find item". If found, click "Found item" and take a clear photo of the barcode. If a description, price, or photo is missing or inaccurate, find the item and send the accurate information in-app support so our team can update!
