Recently Buncha partnered with Twin Cities Public Television to celebrate Be My Neighbor Day!
Located in St. Paul, MN, the annual event promoted being a caring neighbor and included a meet and greet with special guest Daniel Tiger. Children participated in open play and other activities, as well as enjoyed treats and temporary tattoos from the Buncha-sponsored snack station!
Families were invited to travel to the Neighborhood of Make Believe of the popular PBS children’s show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Inspired by Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Daniel and his friends teach kids practical skills necessary for growth and development. First airing in 2012, the series centers around preschool-readiness and social-emotional learning – with the help of some musical numbers, of course!
Similar to the characteristics of Daniel and his friends, the Buncha team embodies our brand attributes of being neighborly and playful. We’re proud to be able to connect neighbors together and to be a part of a multitude of communities across the Twin Cities. Buncha is the neighbor that’s always there to lend a helping hand. Comparable to the theme of each animated episode, we take our mission of getting you what you need seriously, while having a little bit of fun throughout the process!
Our team members enjoyed their time spent at TPT studios, one of the most distinguished PBS stations in the country. They connected with families, talked with parents, and embraced what it means to be a kid again!
